  • Ticket Purchases: When purchasing tickets through our platform, you enter into a contract with the event promoter or venue. The Cauldron Shop acts solely as an agent facilitating the transaction between you and the promoter or venue.
  • Event Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for tickets purchased are subject to the refund policy of the specific venue or promoter. It is your responsibility to review the refund policy before purchasing. If an event is canceled, the promoter will inform you, and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the promoter or venue. The Cauldron Shop is not responsible for refunds related to venue bookings or event cancellations.
  • Photography and Filming: By attending events or venues for which you have purchased tickets through The Cauldron Shop, you agree that any photography or filming captured of you at the event can be used for promotional purposes.
  • Liability: The Cauldron Shop does not control or manage the event or venue for which tickets are sold. As such, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by attending the event or visiting the venue.

5.3 Merchandise and Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

In addition to ticket sales, The Cauldron Shop offers physical products such as merchandise and print-on-demand (POD) items. By purchasing any physical product through our store, you agree to the following terms:

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders for physical products are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days after the order is placed. Fulfillment times may vary based on product availability, production schedules, and other factors.
  • POD Products: Many of our products are made-to-order through third-party suppliers, meaning they are produced after your order is placed. This can affect delivery times, and these products are not eligible for returns unless defective, damaged, or misprinted.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

6.1 Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • USA: 3–4 business days
    • Europe: 6–8 business days
    • Australia: 2–14 business days
    • Japan: 4–8 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for any additional charges that may apply.

6.2 Returns and Refunds

  • Returns for Merchandise and POD Products: We do not accept returns for print-on-demand or customized products unless they are damaged, defective, or misprinted. If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue.
  • Refunds for Tickets: Refunds for event tickets are subject to the promoter or venue's policy. The Cauldron Shop is not responsible for processing ticket refunds unless an event is canceled by the promoter or venue.
  • Damaged or Mislabeled Items: If your item arrives damaged or mislabeled, we take full responsibility and will replace the item for you at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days with a detailed description and photos.
  • Size Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size-related issues. Each item is custom-made to the specifications provided. Please consult the size guide provided before ordering.
  • Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item. Unclaimed packages will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or replace the order if it cannot be found.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FOR EVENTS AND VENUES

The Cauldron Shop acts solely as a facilitator of ticket sales and event bookings on behalf of venues and promoters. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred while attending an event or visiting a venue. The Cauldron Shop is not liable for refunds or cancellations unless governed by the promoter's or venue's policies.
